What does HCA-Vision do?

HCA-Vision guides the user in the process of choosing optimal
parameters for the automated segmentation of neuron bodies and
neurites. It delivers quantitative measures and statistics that are
biologically relevant.

For example, the neurite outgrowth module of HCA-Vision
measures important morphological properties of neuronal cells,
such as:

Number of branching points
Total neurite length
number of branch layers
number of primary branches
