HCA-Vision Neurite Analysis Module V2.1 for both Windows 7 and
Windows XP

This release includes a new module - subcellular module. It also
includes improvements to the Neurite Analysis module. The
Subcellular module has the following functions: nucleus detection,
cell detection, cell scoring, membrane detection, co-localisation
analysis, intensity measurement, and Region Of Interests (ROI).
Among the improvements for the Neurite Analysis module in this
version is a filtering function for mixed cell populations, where a
mixture of neurons and other brain cell types need to be separated
using a combination of size, brightness and low intensity in different
channels.
